Free 48 Hour Tracked UK Delivery via Royal Mail on all orders over £50 excluding weekends. Orders under this value will have a standard UK delivery charge of £3.98. For deliveries to other markets please enquire at point of order. Orders must be placed by 3.30pm for same day dispatch, all orders placed after 12 noon on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. We also offer Express Delivery for £6.50 Monday to Thursday. Unfortunately we cannot offer Express Delivery on a Friday due to reduced staffing, and our office and warehouse are closed over the weekend. Please note that if you choose to pay for Express Delivery on a Friday or over the weekend your order will be dispatched on Monday. Our Express Delivery option uses Royal Mail's 24 hour tracked service. **CHRISTMAS** Our last posting day before Christmas will be Thursday 21st December, but orders will need to be placed by 11am to guarantee same day dispatch. There will be limited dispatching between Friday 22nd and Tuesday 2nd January when our offices will be closed. All orders placed during our Christmas closure will be dispatched by Tuesday 2nd January. Returns and refunds We hope that you will be happy with your purchase and will not need to return it to us, but in the event of this happening please see our returns procedure below. Any purchase you make from our website can be returned within 14 days of receipt if you are not entirely happy with it. Please ensure you get proof of posting. Unworn / undamaged product will be refunded at full cost.
