Shipments are sent via our contracted cargo companies. Shipping time is maximum 7 business days from the order date. This period may change due to public holidays, weather conditions, earthquakes, floods and other force majeure events. Delays may occur due to reasons such as busyness before public holidays and busyness before special days. If the destination of the shipment is in an area far from the center, your product may arrive one day late.
Your orders will be shipped on business days (Monday to Friday - excluding public holidays). All orders are shipped from UK.
After the products are sent, the shipment number given by the cargo company is automatically sent to the e-mail address you specified. You can track your order with this shipment number. If you have ordered more than one item at the same time, all orders are expected to be ready for shipping. More than one shipment cannot be made for one order.
