GENERAL:
- When you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are considered to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract provided to you.
- Buyers are subject to the provisions of applicable laws in force regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
- Shipping costs associated with product delivery will be borne by the buyers.
- Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the buyer, within the legal period of 30 days, provided that it does not exceed this period. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyers may terminate the contract.
- The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specified specifications in the order, and accompanied by documents such as a warranty certificate and user manual, if applicable.
- In case it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning about this situation. The total amount must be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PAYMENT FOR THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT MADE:
- If the buyer does not pay the purchased product price or cancels it in bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ceases.
SHOPPING WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:
- After the product is delivered, if it is determined that the buyer's payment card was wrongfully used by unauthorized persons and the selling price of the product is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with shipping costs borne by the SELLER.
UNABLE TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:
- If unforeseen force majeure events occur for the seller, and the product cannot be delivered within the specified period, the situation will be communicated to the buyer. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order and has paid in cash, the refund will be made in cash within 14 days from the cancellation. If the payment was made by credit card and canceled, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation, but it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer it to the buyer's account.
BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
- The buyer must inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before accepting them; damaged or defective goods/services such as dents, breakages, torn packaging, etc., will not be accepted from the shipping company. The received goods/services will be considered undamaged and sound. The BUYER must take care of the goods/services after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services should not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
- The BUYER, within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the purchased product to themselves or the person/organization at the specified address, may exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract by notifying the SELLER via the contact information below, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without stating any reason, by rejecting the product.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
- If the buyer has purchased a service, the 14-day period starts from the date of signing the contract. In service contracts where the service has started with the approval of the consumer before the expiration of the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
- The expenses arising from the use of the right of withdrawal are the responsibility of the SELLER.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal within the 14 (fourteen) day period, it is a condition to notify the SELLER in writing by registered mail, fax, or email, and the product must not have been used within the scope of the provisions of the "Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used" regulated in this contract.
USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
- The invoice of the product delivered to a third party or the BUYER, the return form, the box of the products to be returned, the packaging, and, if any, the standard accessories must be returned complete and undamaged.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
- The SELLER is obliged to return the total amount and the documents that put the BUYER under debt to the BUYER within a maximum of 10 days from the date the withdrawal notification reaches the SELLER and to take back the product within 20 days.
- If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to a reason arising from the fault of the BUYER or if it becomes impossible to return the goods, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the damages of the SELLER in proportion to its fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for changes and deteriorations in the goods or products due to the proper use of the goods or products within the right of withdrawal period.
- If the campaign limit amount set by the SELLER is exceeded due to the use of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount used within the scope of the campaign is canceled.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED:
- Products prepared according to the consumer's request or explicitly for personal needs, specially designed, specially ordered, produced to measure, and all products that are not suitable for return, underwear items, swimsuit bottoms, makeup products, disposable products, goods with the risk of rapid deterioration or the possibility of exceeding the expiration date, products unsuitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons if the packaging is opened by the BUYER after delivery, products that have been mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by their nature, goods related to periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except those provided within the scope of a subscription agreement, electronic services performed instantly or non-material goods delivered to the consumer instantly, and sound or image recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and data storage devices, computer consumables, return is not possible according to the Regulation if the packaging is opened by the BUYER. In addition, the use of the right of withdrawal for services that have started with the approval of the consumer before the end of the withdrawal period is not possible according to the Regulation.
- Cosmetic and personal care products, underwear products, swimsuits, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, and tapes, as well as stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.), must be unopened, untested, undamaged, and unused for them to be returned.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:
- If the BUYER defaults on payment transactions made with a credit card, the BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that it will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement between the cardholder bank and the BUYER, and will be responsible towards the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may resort to legal remedies; it may demand the expenses and attorney's fees incurred from the BUYER and, in any case, the BUYER agrees to pay the damages suffered by the SELLER due to the delayed performance of the debt.
